Girls AAU Tryouts
Our girls travel teams range from 3rd to 11th grade. Sharpen your game with challenging team practices under some of the best coaches in RVA.
In order to become the best, you must beat the best; travel teams compete in RockIt's Fall and Winter Basketball Leagues before playing spring AAU tournaments. Teams practice twice a week throughout the season.
Spring 2025 School Girls AAU Tryouts
Season runs March-July
Two weekly practices
High school teams will play a mix of local tournaments and HGSL Events (Hoop Group Showcase League)
6th Grade team will play local/regional tournaments
