Girls & Boys AAU Tryouts
Our girls and boys travel teams range from 3rd to 11th grade. Sharpen your game with challenging team practices under some of the best coaches in RVA.
In order to become the best, you must beat the best; travel teams compete in RockIt's Fall and Winter Basketball Leagues before playing spring AAU tournaments. Teams practice twice a week throughout the season.
3rd-8th grades will try out in October.
High School girls try out in February.
Season runs November-June
Two weekly practices
Teams will participate in RockIt’s Winter Leagues. They will play 4-6 regional AAU tournaments between March & June

Tryout Dates/Times:
9U-14U (3rd - 8th Grades): Sunday, October 20th
9U-11U/3rd-5th Grades: 9 AM
12U & 13U/6th & 7th Grade: 10 AM
14U/8th Grade: 11 AM
3rd-8th graders will tryout on August 11 or 18.
High schoolers tryout in February for spring AAU teams
