Starting in June, we are transitioning our 4:30 PM skills slot into a Supervised Open Gym format. This is the ultimate "player’s playground"—a dedicated hour for kids to take what they’ve learned in training and apply it to real-time play.

Time: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday | 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM in June and July

Parent Note: This is a supervised environment. While there is no formal "instruction," our coaches are there to manage the flow of the gym and ensure a high standard of safety and sportsmanship.

RockIt Grind Sessions- RGS

Please be advised: This is a high level camp with intense training. There are morning and evening sessions.

The Standard- RGS is not a typical summer camp. These sessions are designed exclusively for the committed 4th grade through High School athlete. We have strictly limited capacity to ensure high level reps. If you are looking for a casual run, this isn't it. RGS is for the player who wants to outwork the competition when no one is watching.  This will be more sprinting, running, workout style.

The Blueprint

  • Elite Skill Acquisition: Advanced drills with a heavy emphasis on footwork. We develop players who can read defenses and execute at full speed.

  • Controlled Physicality: Mastering the art of finishing through contact and maintaining aggressive, disciplined defensive positioning.

  • Fatigue Management: Decision making drills conducted under extreme physical fatigue to cultivate "clutch" performance and mental clarity when the game is on the line.

Mandatory Gear- Basketball and running shoes, and a water bottle

Summer RGS Evening Series- 5:30-7 PM

  • Session 1: August 4, 5, 6

  • Session 2: August 11, 12, 13

  • Session 3: August 18, 19, 20

  • (Note: 1 Session = 1 full week)

Summer RGS Morning Series- 7:30- 8:45 AM

  • Tuesday and Thursday morning June 9- August 13th.

RockIt Skills Academy- RSA

Please be advised: This is a high level summer camp with intense training. It is invite only

RockIt Skills Academy is a summer training experience designed to elevate each athlete’s overall performance on the basketball court. This program is built for dedicated players who are serious about improving, competing, and separating themselves from the rest.

Athletes will engage in a series of targeted, high-level drills emphasizing:

  • Ball handling and advanced dribbling techniques

  • Shooting mechanics and consistency

  • Footwork, agility, and movement efficiency

  • Defensive positioning, awareness, and intensity

In addition, we will incorporate game-like situations and competitive play, allowing athletes to apply and practice what they’ve learned in real-time. These live reps are essential for building confidence, improving decision-making, and translating skills into actual game performance.

Strength, conditioning, and mental toughness will also be emphasized to ensure athletes are prepared to compete at the next level.

Why It Matters

Summer is where separation happens.

A high-intensity training environment pushes athletes beyond their comfort zone and challenges them to perform at their best. It reveals both strengths and areas for growth, helping players better understand what they need to reach their full potential.

The off-season is the most important time for development. Without the pressure of games, athletes have the opportunity to focus, improve, and build the habits that lead to success. The best way to grow is to be pushed—and that’s exactly what this environment provides.

If you want to stand out, you have to be willing to be challenged.

RockIt Skills Academy is designed to push you, develop you, and help you separate yourself from the rest.

RockIt 3v3 Summer Showdown

3 Sundays. 8 Games. 1 Champion.

Fast-paced, half-court action designed for maximum reps and high-energy competition. No fluff, just hoops. This three-week series is built for players who want to sharpen their game and compete in a high-intensity environment before the fall season kicks off.
